Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PickleNet platform ("Service"), including our website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Booking & Payment

All court bookings made through PickleNet are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed at the time of booking through our supported payment methods, including GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the venue. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

4. Venue Operators

Venue operators who list their courts on PickleNet are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including court availability, pricing, and facility descriptions. Venue operators agree to honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform and to maintain their facilities in safe and playable condition.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Create fraudulent bookings or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickleNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. PickleNet acts as an intermediary between players and venues and is not responsible for the condition of venue facilities, injuries sustained during play, or disputes between users and venue operators.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
