3. Information Sharing
We share your information with venue operators only to the extent necessary to fulfill your bookings. We may also share data with payment processors (GCash, Maya, card networks) to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
4. QR Code Data
When you check in at a venue using a PickleNet QR code, we collect the time and location of check-in. This data is shared with the venue operator to confirm your booking. QR codes are unique to each booking and expire after the scheduled session.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure payment processing, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Booking records are retained for a minimum of three years for tax and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the following rights:
- Right to be informed about how your personal data is being processed
- Right to access your personal data held by PickleNet
- Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
